Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Once your return is received, you will receive an email once your exchange or refund has been processed. Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order and would like a refund in the form of your original payment, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee for exchanges or store credit will be waived. We will cover shipping costs for any returns resulting from an error on our part or damaged merchandise.
